Who can trade on AX?

AX is designed for institutional participants including proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, market makers, and qualified professional traders. All participants must complete KYC/AML verification.

What collateral do you accept?

We accept USD (via bank wire) and USDC (via Ethereum) as collateral for trading.

What is the maximum leverage?

Up to 25x leverage is available, with risk parameters calibrated per asset class.

How does the funding rate work?

The funding rate is calculated by comparing the perpetual contract price to an independent benchmark (e.g., WM/Reuters for FX). Payments are exchanged daily between longs and shorts to anchor the perpetual price to spot.

Is AX regulated?

AX holds dual licenses issued by the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA): a Class F Digital Asset Business License under the Digital Assets Business Act, 1981 (DABA), and an investment activities license under the Investment Business Act, 2003 (IBA).

Where is the exchange based?

AX is operated by Architect Bermuda Ltd, a Bermuda exempted company. Infrastructure is hosted on AWS for high performance and global accessibility.
